Alliyah Francis
Project Manager
Alliyah Francis is a Project Manager for Motivate Lab. She has extensive experience with curriculum development, data analysis, project management, clinical research, and working with cross-functional teams. Alliyah earned her MS.Ed from the University of Pennsylvania in biology and secondary education. Alongside this, Alliyah obtained her BA in Political Science from Spelman College. Outside of her work, Alliyah dedicates her time to expand access to digital literacy and STEM pipeline programs for low income students within the Philadelphia area. She also loves musical theatre, binge watching all franchises of the Real Housewives and experiencing new foods.
