LaShonda Barton is the Founder and CEO of L ‘n’ L Business Solutions and has dedicated her career to helping start-up entrepreneurs and small business owners with administrative needs. She loves helping people and with over twenty years in the healthcare industry, gaining experience in areas of provider education, auditing, research and revenue cycle management. LaShonda supports Motivate Lab by supplying organization, time management, and research for executive managers. LaShonda holds a certification in provider-based coding, hospital coding, practice management, and virtual assistant with a B. A. in Business Administration- Healthcare Management and her MBA in Business Administration from Westwood College in 2013.

When LaShonda isn’t busy helping others be more organized and structured she’s enjoying time with family on weekends, date night with her husband once a week, dancing, acting, modeling and speaking at modeling events about self-love.  She now has her first commercial running for the University of Chicago Medicine Hospital, and her published photos for LinkedIn’s Corp., Marketing department.
