Lee Williams

Lee Williams is a Ph.D. student in the Psychology Department at the University of Virginia. He holds a BSEd (Education and Psychology) and an MA (Social Psychology), all from UVA. His research focuses on student experiences of belonging in academic settings, including how they vary by social identity (e.g., race, gender) and domain (e.g., social, academic). He also studies social psychological interventions as an approach to supporting adaptive learning mindsets, especially those concerning belonging.
