Marcus Kolb
Project manager
Marcus Kolb is a Project Manager at Motivate Lab. As a graduate of the Social Justice Training Institute, he has a deep background in DEI teaching, training, and advocacy, and has served underrepresented learners across a variety of educational institutions in both academic and student affairs. Marcus is skilled at curriculum design and learning assessment, accreditation, policy development, executive training and development, and faculty mentoring. He has also had leadership roles in philanthropy and continues to sharpen his classroom craft through teaching every year.
When not serving students and facilitating change in institutions, Marcus enjoys traveling with his family, watching Philadelphia sport teams, cooking, and trying out for Jeopardy.
Marcus holds a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Arizona, as well as a MEd in Counseling and Guidance from Clemson University and a BSEd in Secondary Education/Mathematics from Kutztown University.
