Michelle Francis
Senior Data Manager
Michelle Francis is a senior data manager at Motivate Lab. She is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia and earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 and her M.A. in Experimental Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2017. Michelle is interested in harnessing motivation to help achieve equity in education, practical measurement, and translating research and statistical findings to various audiences.
As a data manager, Michelle understands the power of disaggregating data to measure where educational inequities are occurring and evaluating whether our past and current interventions are adequately addressing them.
When she's not neck-deep in data, you can find Michelle baking for her friends and coworkers, reading, or captaining her local rec kickball team.
