Natalie Baumeister
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Natalie Baumeister is a research assistant at Motivate Lab. She is an undergraduate student at UVA studying psychology and cognitive science. Back in middle school, her teachers explained the value of having a growth mindset, and understanding that intelligence and competence are malleable traits has helped her persevere throughout her academic career. She is excited to be involved with mindset research, and she hopes that more students will benefit from this work. In her free time, Natalie enjoys playing piano, riding horses, and discovering new artists on Spotify.
